How to Connect Inveterate + Tapcart?

The Inveterate integration is available to all Tapcart Enterprise customers with Custom Blocks enabled. For more information on Inveterate, check out their website.

Steps

The Inveterate <> Tapcart integration requires the use of Shopify Multipass. Multipass is only available for Shopify Plus merchants.

  1. Click "Sales channels"

  2. Click on Tapcart.

  3. Click "INTEGRATIONS"

  4. Click "Shopify Multipass"

  5. Click "Connect Integration"

  6. Enter your Multipass Secret from Shopify.

  7. Save the integration.

  8. Click "APP STUDIO"

  10. Click "Add Web Bridge SDK"

  11. Click "Confirm" to Enable

  13. Click the "Enter a title" field.

  14. Enter a title for your membership program page.

  15. Make sure this toggle is turned on to require users to be logged in

  16. Paste the URL for your membership program.

  17. Click "Save & Update"

Landing Page Redirect: The custom screen will display a landing page if the logged-in user is not an Inveterate member. This page will feature an "Add to Cart" button for the Inveterate subscription item.

If you allow users to buy an Inveterate membership through your landing page custom screen, you'll need to adjust the "Add to Cart" functionality. This ensures that when viewed within the Tapcart app, the item is added to the Tapcart cart, not the website cart.

You'll need a developer's help to modify the theme code to do this. Follow this guide to create a condition on the "Add to Cart" button: https:/ /docs.tapcart.com/docs/getting-started-sdk#adding-conditional-behavior

You have just finished creating your custom screen. The next step is to add it to your Tapcart navigation.

  1. Click "Navigation"

  3. Select any icon to use.

  4. Click the Link icon.

  5. Click "Custom Screen"

  6. Click "Select..."

  7. Select the Custom Screen you just created.

The integration is now complete and your Membership Program landing page has been added to your Tapcart navigation.
