How to Connect Zowie + Tapcart?
To set up the Zowie Integration:
Integrations are available to all Zowie and Tapcart Enterprise customers with Custom Blocks enabled. To learn more about Zowie, check out their website.
Steps
Get merchant variables (subdomain, instanceId) by logging to the Zowie Admin panel under Tapcart at Channels section.
Insert Zowie Block and provide collected subdomain and instanceId.
Select 'Save' and you're done!
How Does a Consumer Interact with Zowie in App?
The code block will use Zowie's variables to install a script that creates the chat experience within your mobile app. Once implemented, customers can use the chat in the app just as they would on the website.
