Metafields give you the ability to customize the functionality and appearance of your Shopify store by permitting you to save specialized information that isn’t usually captured within Shopify admin. Use metafields for internal tracking or to display specialized information on your online store in a variety of ways. Within Tapcart, you will need to utilize metafields to set up the ‘Gift with Purchase’ feature.
