What is Swym? 

Swym is a shopper engagement platform for e-commerce merchants. 

Why Swym? 

 

Utilizing Swym you will be able to connect both web and mobile channels, allowing your shoppers to engage with their ‘Wishlist’ without ever leaving the cart view. Enabling shoppers to stay in a checkout environment will increase the likelihood of conversion. With shoppers being able to engage with their Wishlist on either the web or app and updating in real-time across both channels.

Without leaving the checkout page, shoppers are able to engage in the following conversion-prompting actions: 

  • Update and rearrange a list Topic_2__Update_and_rearranging_a_list.gif

How to Connect Swym + Tapcart

Here’s how to set up the integration: 

The integration is available to all Tapcart customers who also have a Swym premium licensing membership or greater. To learn more about Swym’s pricing, click here.

Steps

  1. Visit the Shopify App Store
  2. Search for ‘Wishlist Plus by Swym Corporation’
  3. Return to your Shopify Dashboard and select ‘Apps’ in the left-hand navigationTopic_3__Step_3.png
  4. Select ‘Wishlist Plus’
  5. In the dashboard, select ‘Integrations’ in the left-hand navigationTopic_3__Step_5.png
  6. Scroll down to ‘Rest APIs’ and click on ‘Configure’, if you are unable to, select the chat button to request the API keyTopic_3__Step_6.png
  7. Tap on ‘Wishlist +’ in the left-hand navigation to automatically enter the ‘Settings’ pageTopic_3__Step_7.png
  8. Navigate to the ‘API Configuration’ section at the bottom of the pageTopic_3__Step_8.png
  9. From here you can view your three API keys: pid, API Endpoint, and CDN Endpointswym.png
  10. In a new window, visit your Tapcart Dashboard, select the ‘Integrations’ tab and select ‘Swym’
  11. Copy and paste your three keys into their corresponding cells.
  12. Select ‘Update Integration’ and now your integration setup is completed!

Considerations

Please note, you are unable to migrate your customers' wishlist data from Swym. If you choose to utilize Tapcarts Wishlist integration in the future, your customers will have zero data in their favorite(s) list(s).
