In this article, we will review leveraging our Insights Dashboard to determine the most optimal time to send push notifications.
The ’App Activity’ heat map can be found within your dashboard under ‘Insights’. The heat map shows your app activity throughout the week based on the specified time listed in the top right corner. From this data, you can see when your app activity is at its highest and use that to leverage when you are scheduling push notifications.
After sending out a push, you can review your ‘App Sessions’ and ‘Sales’ cards to see how your push performed. Within the ‘App Sessions’ card, you can view the percentage of traffic directed to the app through push.
