Refund Policy

Tapcart is a month to month subscription-based company which means if at any time you knowingly enroll in our monthly subscription and authorize Shopify to bill you, you will be charged accordingly. We do not offer refunds if the above is true. We have the right to review all refund requests on a case by case basis. Applying for a refund does not guarantee you one. We do not issue refunds to merchants who have subscribed to our service, expired the 7-day free trial, and taken the steps to launch their app with our service.
