Zowie + Tapcart

What is Zowie?

Zowie is the AI customer service suite built for ecommerce. Any Shopify store that has the Zowie integration will now be able to access the chat window within the app.

Prerequisites

Before getting started, make sure you have the following:

  • A Tapcart Enterprise plan with the ability to create custom blocks

  • An active Tapcart account with a published or in-development app

  • Access to the integration partner's dashboard or admin panel

How to Connect Zowie + Tapcart

Steps

  1. Log in to the Zowie Admin panel

  2. Retrieve the merchant subdomain and instanceId under Tapcart in the Channels section.

  3. Log into the Tapcart dashboard

  4. Go to Integrations

  5. Select Zowie

  6. Enter the required values to Save & Enable

  7. Insert the Zowie Block in the homepage design or on a custom screen.

  8. Publish the changes to push the integration live in app.

How Does a Consumer Interact with Zowie in App?

The code block will use Zowie's variables to install a script that creates the chat experience within your mobile app. Once implemented, customers can use the chat in the app just as they would on the website.
