How to Connect Gorgias + Tapcart?
Steps
Navigate to Tapcart's Integrations page in the Dashboard
Find and click 'Connect' on the Gorgias app
Enter your Gorgias Application ID and select 'Update Integration'
How to Find Your Gorgias Application ID?
Steps
Go to 'Settings' and select 'Chat'
Pick the Integration that you want to connect and then navigate to 'Installation'
Select 'Custom Installation' β 'Google Tag Manager
From here you'll find your 'Chat App ID'
Embedding the Gorgias Chat into your App
Steps
Navigate to Screens from within the App Studio dropdown
Go to the desired page where you'd like Gorgias to live (Home Page, PDP, Collections, Custom Screen)
Navigate to Design Blocks and scroll down to 'Integrations'
Locate the 'Gorgias - Chat' block and drag onto the page
Select 'Publish' or 'Schedule...' to publish at a later date
How Does a Consumer Interact with Gorgias in App?
Users will be able to engage with the Gorgias widget the same way they do on site as they look to find answers to their questions, chat with support or look for advice during the shopping journey. See an example below:
