Your App Listing is what customers see when they find your app in the App Store or Google Play. It needs to be complete before your app can be submitted for review. Work through each section below and then notify your Implementation Manager when you're done.
Required Assets & Information
1. Branding Assets
App Icon — 1024 x 1024 px. This lives on the customer's home screen so make it count
Launch Screen — displays for 2–3 seconds when the app opens. iOS only — Android has deprecated this feature
Placeholder Image — displays while product images load. We recommend a downscaled grayscale version of your logo
2.App Store Listing
App Title — up to 30 characters. Include 1–2 keywords. Keep it under 15 characters for best searchability
Subtitle — up to 30 characters. A concise summary of your app's value
Primary Category — we recommend Shopping or Lifestyle for eCommerce brands
Keywords — for App Store discoverability. iOS only — does not apply to Google Play
Description — lead with your most compelling message. The first sentence is the most important
3.Business Information
Marketing URL — your main website URL
Support URL — a link to your contact page
Privacy Policy URL — required for both App Store and Google Play
4.Screenshots
You'll need screenshots for both iOS and Android — at least 3 per platform.
iOS: JPEG, 1242 x 2688 px, up to 10 MB each
Android: PNG or JPEG, 16:9 or 9:16 aspect ratio, up to 8 MB each
