Changing the Visibility of Products & Collections for your Tapcart Sales Channel
With Tapcart you can seamlessly integrate all of your products and collections from your Shopify store to a mobile app that users can shop on.
In this lesson:
- Learn how to publish or hide a product or collection from your Shopify store
- Understand why you may want to hide a product from your Shopify sales channel
Update Individual Product Visibility
Steps
- Open your Shopify Dashboard
- Select ‘Products’ in the left sidebar menu
- Click on the product you want to hide
- From here, you will see a section called ‘Sales Channels’ in the top right corner
- Select the ‘Manage’ button
- Check the ‘Tapcart - Mobile App’ box to add the product to the app or uncheck the ‘Tapcart - Mobile App’ box to remove the product from the app.
- Tap ‘Done’
- Choose ‘Save’ in the top right corner and your set!
Pro-tip: You can select your products in bulk and modify their visibility by following the same steps!
Update Collection Visibility
Steps
- Open your Shopify Dashboard
- Select ‘Products’ in the left sidebar menu
- Then click ‘Collections’
- You can select collections individually and in bulk to make edits via checkboxes
- Click ‘Edit Collections’ and then change the visibility by checking/unchecking the boxes
