App Downloads & Usage
- What % of your existing customer base downloads the app?
- Please note, there is not a specific field for this but you can take your total number of customers from Shopify and divide it by the number of app installs from Firebase.
- This can be found under ‘Audiences’ > ‘All Users’.
- What percentage of app users make a purchase within the app?
- Please note, there is not a specific field for this but you take your total number of app installs divided by the total number of ‘Purchasers’.
- This can be found under ‘Audiences’ > ‘Purchasers’.
- Average engagement time for all users?
- % increase in the average engagement time period?
- Average engagement time spent per user?
- Average engagement time per active user for the time period selected.
- % increase in engaged sessions per user?
- Average session count per active user for the time period selected.
- % of events occurring within the app (ie., page_view, add_to_cart, view_promotion)?
- Users by County
- View engagement rates based on different countries your app is available.
- What % of app users opt into push notifications?
- Please note, there is not a specific field for this but you can look at the total installs divided by your total opt-ins.
- The total installs can be found under ‘Audiences’ > ‘All Users’ within your Firebase Dashboard.

- % increase in repeat customer rate?
- What is the number of new users vs. returning users?
- Increase in LTV (Lifetime Value)?
- The lifetime value chart shows the average revenue from new users over their first 120 days. Use this chart to determine how valuable users are based on additional revenue generated.
