What is Tapcart Advanced Wishlist?

Tapcart Advanced Wishlist is a proprietary integration that allows shoppers to save their favorite products in multiple folders to seed future session conversions.  Available to Ultimate and Enterprise customers. Wishlist increases repeat visits, session length, and customer lifetime value.

How to Connect Tapcart Advanced Wishlist? 

Here’s how to set up the integration: 

The integration is available to all Tapcart customers! 

Steps

1. Navigate to the Tapcart Dashboard
2. Select ‘Integrations’
3. Click on ‘Mobile Wishlist’ 
4. Tap ‘Connect Integration’ 
5. Then customize your details
   • You can choose to allow customers to add products to the wishlist from their cart and/or you can turn on the ability to add wishlist items to the cart! 
6. Select ‘Save & Enable’ and you’re all set!

How to Promote Tapcart Wishlist in App? 

Now that your integration has been configured on the backend. You can promote this feature by adding it as a menu item in your side menu navigation! 

Steps

1. Navigate to ‘App Design’ under your Tapcart Dashboard
2. Under the ‘Design’ tab switch to the ‘Menu’ toggle on the right-hand side
3. Here you can select ‘+ Add Menu Item’
4. Enter the title ‘Wishlist’ 
5. Select the ‘Wishlist View’ for the destination
6. Choose your icon 
7. Tap ‘Save Menu Item’ and you’re all set! 

How Does a Consumer Interact with the Integration? 

Now, let’s walk through how you can expect customers to interact with advanced wishlist in-app. 

To save items customers can select the heart icon in the bottom right corner of the product image. After selecting this icon, they will be prompted to save the desired product to a folder. By default, a 'My Favorites' folder will be created for the end-user but they can create multiple wishlists for their various shopping needs! 

Steps to Create a Wishlist Folder

1. Click the heart icon on the bottom right of the product image
2. Select the drop-down menu to choose the wishlist destination
3. To create a new one select, '+ Crew New' 
4. Enter the name of your wishlist and select 'Create List'

Or

1. Navigate to 'Wishlist' within your app side menu 
2. Click on the '+' icon in the top right corner 
3. Enter the name of your wishlist and select 'Create List'
4. From here you can also remove a wishlist or edit the name by clicking on the ellipses

Considerations

When migrating to the Swym Wishlist Plus integration, the user’s wishlist migrates automatically to a Swym wishlist.
