Refund Policy

Tapcart is a software as a service company that bills on a month to month subscription. The first charge is issued on the first day of the subscription, unless otherwise specified by a trial period. Refunds will not be issued after a customer ends their trial period. 

A customer may submit a refund request to help@tapcart.co. Applying for a refund does not guarantee you one. We retain the right to review all refund requests on a case by case basis and alot them based on the following criteria: 

  • Customer responsiveness from sign up
  • Any relevant documentation or prior communication provided by the customer
  • Any extraneous circumstances outlined in the request

To submit a request for a refund, email help@tapcart.co with the reason for your request and any past correspondence you may have had with Tapcart.
