Scheduling Content Updates

Updated over a week ago

Overview

Scheduling content allows you to make changes to your app and then set them up to go live on a date and time in the future. This enables more flexibility when you want to setup 1 or multiple campaigns but don't want them to go live right away.

Scheduling content is available exclusively on Enterprise & Ultimate plans. Looking to schedule content for your app - upgrade today to upgrade to get instant access.

Note: Each time you want to make a scheduled content changes you must make that screen level (i.e. Home screen). Each screen must be scheduled for an update even if you are scheduling multiple screens at the same day/time. There are no limits to the number of scheduled content updates you can have at any given time either.

Unscheduling a content update does not delete it. We convert this content update back to a Draft update where you can make additional changes and setup a time for those updates to go live in the future again.

Once live you would need to republish a new set of content changes to remove your latest changes. You can use the History tab for any screen to make this fast and simple. To learn more by reading this about History

Benefits of using scheduling

  1. Help you and your team get ahead of campaign planning across the organization

  2. Plan multiple campaigns months in advance

  3. Avoid having to be at your computer to time updates to product drops

  4. QA your changes before they go live

Considerations

  • You must have a Tapcart Enterprise or Ultimate plan

  • You can only have 1 scheduled change per minute per screen
