Setting up an automated back-in-stock flow creates a custom touchpoint with your user by notifying them the product they requested an alert on is available again. In this guide, we will walk you through how to set up this automated push within your Klaviyo account.
Steps
To get started, select 'Create Flow' and 'Create From Scratch'
Enter the name and tag of your push flow, then select 'Create Flow'
Click on 'Metric' to set up your flow trigger as 'Subscribed to Back in Stock'
Navigate back to 'All Triggers' and select 'Add' next to 'Profile Filter'
Under 'Flow Filters' choose...
'If someone can or cannot receive marketing'
Person 'can receive' > 'mobile push marketing
For the time delay choose, 'Back in Stock Delay'
Next, tap on 'Configure Content' to enter the copy for your push notification
Here you can enter the 'Title', 'Body', and turn on the 'Sound' and 'App Badge' features for your push
Important Note: Use this text, ##{{ event|lookup:'Product Title' }} within the body of your copy to auto-fill the product the individual customer added to their wishlist.
Select 'Save' and you're all set!
