The AI Notifications dashboard gives you a single view of every AI-powered push campaign running on your store. Use it to monitor performance, spot trends, and access your campaign settings, all from one place.
To open the dashboard, go to Engage > AI Notifications in your Tapcart dashboard.
Date Range
Use the date picker in the top-right corner to filter all data on the page. Available presets:
Last 7 days
Last 14 days
Last 30 days
Last 60 days
Last 90 days
You can also select a custom date range using the calendar. All KPI cards, charts, and campaign stats update to reflect the selected window.
KPI Cards
Four summary metrics appear at the top of the dashboard:
Generated Sales — Total revenue attributed to AI push campaigns in the selected period.
Total Sent — Total number of push notifications sent.
Avg Open Rate — Average open rate across all AI campaigns.
Conversion Rate — Share of recipients who converted after receiving a push.
Each card shows a trend indicator comparing the current period to the previous equivalent window.
Stream Chart
The stream chart visualizes notification volume across three campaign categories over time:
Engage — Welcome Series, Back in Stock, Browse Abandonment
Convert — Cart Recovery, Checkout Recovery, Price Drop, Low in Stock
Retain — Winback, Post Purchase, Order Tracking
The chart grows from left to right, with width representing increasing notification volume. Animated customer avatars flow through the chart to indicate live activity.
Bar Chart
The bar chart shows daily performance for the selected date range. Use the tab switcher to toggle between metrics.
When the AI anomaly detection system identifies a statistical outlier in a day's data, that bar is marked with an orange indicator. Hover over an anomaly bar to see an AI-generated summary of what drove the spike (for example, "Revenue up 150% — flash sale spike detected").
AI Notification Flows
Below the charts, the AI Notification Flows section lists every campaign type available on your store. Each campaign card shows:
Campaign name and category (Engage / Convert / Retain)
Live or paused status
A summary of activity in the selected date range
The header shows how many campaigns are currently live out of the total available.
Agent Settings
If you have write access to Push, an Agent Settings button appears in the top-right corner of the dashboard. Click it to open the Send Settings drawer, where you can configure daily send limits, quiet hours, and AI localization. See AI Notification Send Settings for details.
