Overview
AI Pro includes 1,000 AI credits per month. Credits are consumed when you use AI-powered features in Tapcart. Each feature uses a set number of credits.
You can view your remaining balance by clicking AI Credits in the top-right corner of the Tapcart dashboard.

How AI Push Notification Credits Work
AI Push credits are based on how many notifications are sent, not on how many campaigns you create or schedule.
1 AI credit = 100 AI Push notifications sent
Creating, enabling, or scheduling an AI Push campaign does not use credits by itself
Credits are used when personalized AI notifications are actually delivered to subscribers
Each subscriber who receives an AI Push counts toward the 100-notifications-per-credit pool
AI Push Usage Examples
100 AI Push notifications sent = 1 credit
1,000 AI Push notifications sent = 10 credits
10,000 AI Push notifications sent = 100 credits
100,000 AI Push notifications sent = 1,000 credits (the full monthly included amount)
With the included 1,000 credits, you can send up to 100,000 AI Push notifications per month before overage charges apply.
Other Credit Usage Examples
AI Autopilot: 4 credits per day (about 120 credits for a 30-day month if left on continuously)
AI Scene: 2 credits per generated scene
AI Video (5 sec): 4 credits to generate, 2 credits to edit
AI Video (10 sec): 8 credits to generate, 4 credits to edit
AI Video (15 sec): 12 credits to generate, 6 credits to edit
Daily Budget for AI Pro
Daily Budget lets you set a maximum amount your store can spend on Tapcart AI products each day.
How it works
Daily Budget is optional and off by default.
When enabled, you choose a daily USD limit (from $1 to $5,000).
That limit applies to AI Pro usage, including AI Push Notifications, Autopilot, AI Scenes, and AI Video.
Once you hit your daily limit, AI features pause for the rest of that day.
Nothing is turned off permanently. Usage starts again automatically the next day when your budget resets.
If Daily Budget is off, AI usage can continue past your included monthly credits, and any additional usage is billed as overage.
Where to find it
Go to Settings → Account & Billing, then open AI Pro Credit Usage. You can turn Daily Budget on or off, set your daily amount, and see how much you’ve spent today.
FAQ
Are AI Push credits based on reach, users, or campaigns created?
Credits are based on the number of AI Push notifications sent. Reach and number of users are the same idea here: each notification delivered to a subscriber counts. Creating or scheduling campaigns does not use credits on its own.
Do unused credits roll over month to month?
No. Unused credits do not roll over and reset at the start of each billing cycle.
What happens if I exceed 1,000 credits in a month?
Additional usage is billed at $0.25 per credit.
When do my AI credits reset?
Credits reset monthly based on your subscription billing date.
Where can I see how many credits I’ve used?
Click your AI Credit balance in the top-right corner of the Tapcart dashboard to view usage and remaining balance.
Do standard (non-AI) push notifications use AI credits?
No. Manual and standard automated push notifications do not consume AI credits. Only AI-powered features use the AI credit pool.
