Managing Your Subscriptions in the Tapcart App

A guide to the Recharge subscription management actions available to customers in the Tapcart app — skip, pause, reschedule, cancel, swap, and more.

Overview

Tapcart's Recharge integration lets you view and manage your active subscriptions directly in the app without needing to visit an external portal. This article explains what's available and how each action works.

Subscription Screens

Subscription List

The Subscription List shows all your subscriptions split into Active and Inactive tabs. Each card displays the product name, order frequency, and pricing including any Subscribe & Save discount. Your subscription history appears at the bottom of the screen.

Subscription Details

Tap any subscription to open Subscription Details. Here you can see your next order date, frequency, order total, shipping address, and payment method. All management actions are available from this screen.

What You Can Do

Send Now

Immediately processes your next subscription order.

Note: Send Now is only available for interval-based subscriptions (e.g., "every 30 days"). It is not available for date-based subscriptions (e.g., "ships on the 15th of every month").

Reschedule Next Order

Delays your next order. Choose from:

  • Delay 1 week

  • Delay 2 weeks

  • Pick a specific date using the calendar picker

Skip Next Order

Skips your next scheduled order without cancelling your subscription. Your subscription continues normally after the skipped order.

Pause

Temporarily pauses your subscription for 30, 60, or 90 days. Your subscription resumes automatically when the pause period ends.

Cancel

Permanently cancels your subscription. This cannot be undone; you would need to re-subscribe to restart.

Swap Product

Replaces the product in your subscription with a different one. Tap the Swap button on the product card within Subscription Details to open a searchable list of available products. Only products included in the store's subscription group plan will appear.

Reactivate a Subscription

Find an inactive subscription in the Inactive tab of your Subscription List and tap Reactivate to restart it.

Current Limitations

The following are not yet available in the app.

  • Edit shipping address — coming in a future update

  • Edit billing information or payment method — coming in a future update

  • Bundle management — not available in the current version
