Requirements
An active Okendo account
Your Okendo User ID (found in Okendo Dashboard > Settings > Integrations)
Access to your Tapcart Dashboard
How to Connect Okendo + Tapcart
Log in to your Okendo Dashboard.
Go to Settings > Integrations and copy your User ID.
Open your Tapcart Dashboard and navigate to Integrations > Okendo.
Paste your User ID into the field provided.
Click Save & Enable.
How to Add the Okendo Reviews Block to Your App
Open App Studio in your Tapcart Dashboard.
Navigate to Screens > Product Details.
Click the Integrations dropdown in the block list.
Locate the Okendo Reviews Block and drag it to your preferred position.
Click Publish, or save as Draft or Schedule as needed.
What Your Customers Will See
Total review count appears in the product title block.
Reviews display in carousel format on the PDP.
"View All" takes customers to the full reviews page.
New reviews must be approved in your Okendo Dashboard before displaying in-app.
Current Limitations
Read-only: Customers cannot submit reviews from within the app.
No PLP star ratings: Ratings display on the PDP only.
Review approval is managed in Okendo β plan for moderation time before new reviews go live.
Troubleshooting
Reviews not appearing: Confirm your User ID is correctly entered and the Okendo block is published in App Studio.
New review not showing: Check your moderation queue in the Okendo Dashboard β new reviews require approval before they display.
