Requirements
An active Junip subscription
Your Junip Store Key (see below for how to find it)
Access to your Tapcart Dashboard
Finding Your Junip Store Key
Log in to the Junip Admin at admin.junip.co.
Navigate to Settings in the left sidebar.
Look for Store Settings or Integrations.
Locate your Store Key (it may also be labeled as Public Key or API Key).
Copy the Store Key β you'll need it for the Tapcart setup below.
Can't find your Store Key? Contact Junip Support for help locating it.
How to Connect Junip + Tapcart
Open your Tapcart Dashboard.
Navigate to Integrations > Reviews & UGC > Junip.
Click Connect Integration.
Enter your Junip Store Key when prompted.
Click Save & Enable.
How to Add the Junip Reviews Block to Your App
Open App Studio in your Tapcart Dashboard.
Navigate to Screens > Product Details.
Click the Integrations dropdown and locate the Junip Reviews Block.
Drag it to your preferred position on the PDP.
Click Publish, or save as Draft or Schedule as needed.
Current Limitations
Read-only: Customers cannot submit reviews from within the app.
No PLP star ratings: Reviews display on the PDP only.
Troubleshooting
Reviews block not appearing: Confirm the Junip block has been added in App Studio and published.
Integration not connecting: Double-check your Store Key is entered correctly with no extra spaces. If the integration still doesn't appear or connect, contact Tapcart Support for assistance.
