An active Loox subscription
Access to your Tapcart Dashboard
How to Connect Loox + Tapcart
Open your Tapcart Dashboard.
Navigate to Integrations > Reviews & UGC > Loox.
Click Connect Integration.
Click Save & Enable.
How to Add the Loox Reviews Block to Your App
Open App Studio in your Tapcart Dashboard.
Navigate to Screens > Product Details.
Click the Integrations dropdown and locate the Loox Reviews Block.
Drag it to your preferred position on the PDP.
Click Publish, or save as Draft or Schedule as needed.
Current Limitations
Read-only: Customers cannot submit reviews from within the app.
No PLP star ratings: Reviews display on the PDP only.
Loox's in-app incentive flows (discount-for-photo-review prompts) are not available within the Tapcart app. Review collection happens via Loox's email campaigns outside the app.
Troubleshooting
Reviews block not appearing: Confirm the Loox block has been added in App Studio and published.
