Connecting Stamped brings your product reviews into your mobile experience, making it easy for shoppers to read trusted feedback on the PDP before they buy.

Requirements

You will need three credentials from your Stamped Dashboard:

  • API Public Key

  • API Private Key

  • Store Hash

These can be found in Stamped Dashboard > Settings > API Keys (under Reviews Integrations).

How to Connect Stamped + Tapcart

  1. Log in to your Stamped Dashboard.

  2. Navigate to Settings > API Keys (under Reviews Integrations).

  3. Copy your API Public Key.

  4. Open your Tapcart Dashboard and navigate to Integrations > Stamped Reviews.

  5. Paste the API Public Key into the designated field.

  6. Return to Stamped and copy your API Private Key.

  7. Paste it into the Secret Key field in Tapcart.

  8. Return to Stamped and copy your Store Hash.

  9. Paste it into the Store Hash field in Tapcart.

  10. Click Save & Enable.

How to Add the Stamped Reviews Block to Your App

  1. Open App Studio in your Tapcart Dashboard.

  2. Navigate to Screens > Product Details.

  3. Click the Integrations dropdown and locate the Stamped Reviews Block.

  4. Drag it to your preferred position on the PDP.

  5. Click Publish.

Current Limitations

  • Read-only: Customers cannot submit reviews from within the app.

  • No PLP star ratings: Ratings display on the PDP only.

  • Stamped's loyalty and rewards features are managed separately and are not part of this reviews integration.

Troubleshooting

Reviews not appearing: Double-check all three credentials are entered correctly with no extra spaces. The most common cause is a mistyped key.

Cannot find API Keys: Go to Stamped Dashboard > Settings > API Keys and confirm you are in the Reviews Integrations section (not the general API section).
