What All Providers Have in Common

  • Read-only: All reviews integrations in Tapcart are currently read-only. Customers can browse reviews inside the app but cannot submit new reviews from within the app.

  • PDP only: Star ratings do not display on the Product Listing Page (PLP). Reviews appear on the Product Detail Page (PDP) only.

  • All plans: Reviews integrations are available on all Tapcart plan tiers. The reviews block can be added and positioned on your PDP through App Studio.

Not Sure Which to Pick?
